If you order and pay for items there is no guarantee youll get it then and no customer service chat or phone line if your items dont show.

Fab has some pretty interesting and unique items for sale, but the most recent update to the app added unwanted and super spammy notifications without asking. You can turn them off, but shouldnt have to since you didnt turn them on in the first place.

You do get several emails but you can control that with your phones security. Love, love the variety!

I love fab! Every time that I am in need of a gift for someone that doesnt want something specific, I check fab first for inspiration. They have a wide variety of products, in a price range that suits a variety of budgets. Anytime Ive had a problem with an order I get a prompt response to my email and its always resolved in a friendly, and timely manner.

Ive been ordering from FAB from the day it started. I have been pleased with almost everything I purchased. The few times there was an issue it was taken care of immediately. They have the best customer service Ive ever dealt with.

Update 2: App remains as non-functional as it has been for 2 years. I dont even open it anymore because I dont know whats new or not sold out. The Flip sofa keeps showing up even though theyve completely sold out of that line of furniture (to my chagrin). Since I dont use the app anymore, Im deleting it. Thanks. Update: Though the company remains great as ever, the app can be a little irritating. It used to be that when it loaded up, you could see the new sales grouped into labels, brands, or some descriptor, like most other flash sale apps. Now, if you go to whats new, it shows you each and every individual item. I dont have time to scroll down through the 100+ quilts that might be new in order to find other things that will interest me. Please fix. To start, the app and selection are awesome. Theres so much cool stuff to look at and its usually priced to sell. What has basically sent me over the edge of happiness with Fab is their customer service. I ordered a pair of jeans a couple weeks ago and 2 weeks later, I was still waiting for them. I wasnt too worried about it, but while I was ordering a new item I decided to do a little research. The tracker I ended up looking at said the shipment was cancelled and gave no explanation. Annoyed, I checked my email to see if theyd tried to get in touch and there was nothing. So I emailed them and within 12 hours they responded back, telling me they miscounted the items and had emailed me about it, copy and pasting the original message in which it said theyve given me a $10 credit on top of my refund. Apparently the original message got lost in cyberspace. All I could think was: Wow. Store credit for the stores blunder? How many businesses do that these days? And without me even saying anything! Fab has earned my loyalty.

Fab is my go-to app when I need unusual gifts for my hard to buy sons. So easy to use!!

This shopping app has some of the coolest, quirkiest gifts you could hop to find. Most being reasonably priced although if you do have the means to be extravagant it is definitely the app to use as well. I have been continuously delighted with the products and service.

I love Fab - I do wish the app had better discoverability though.

The look and feel is good but the app wont flip making the app awkward to use while charging. The "whats new" is fun but needs a go back option.. I accidentally moved the tablet and it brought up something new and I couldnt get back to the first item .. Which I was interested in.

The latest version of the Fab app will not rotate horizontal on my iPad 2.

No landscape view = no more than 1 star. Fix this already.

I loved looking at this app & bought several items. The new update no longer puts the app into landscape view, which makes charging and browsing difficult. Please bring back the landscape rotation.

I was gettin really annoyed with the previous version as whenever I would click on a link in the email,it would go to a default landing page instead of whatever item I clicked on. Fab has become so big in the number of items they carry that made it worthless to use. Its better but I still had to scroll down several pages to find the one of six items I wanted to see that were highlighted in he email.
